For Twenty Four Karats—a five-location retail and hospitality group—I built an internal software platform that ties operations, inventory, customers and people together across every store. It runs the business every day.
Problem
Five stores, five points of sale and customer, inventory and task information spread across disconnected systems and spreadsheets.
Solution
A staff portal of purpose-built tools: customer database unification, task boards, inventory counting and reconciliation, purchase-order processing, costing, loyalty, training and account control.
